CCM JETSPEED FT2 GRIP SR. Brand new for 2019, CCM is proud to introduce their latest iteration of the JetSpeed stick line, the JetSpeed FT2 Senior Ice Hockey Stick! With improvements made to the shaft construction and blade, the JetSpeed FT2 is CCMs most advanced hockey stick to date. With versatility in mind, the JetSpeed FT2 Hockey Stick features CCMs popular Hybrid kick-point.

This kick point looks to bridge the gap between a lightning fast shot release and great power. This is achieved by a highly stiff flex zone sandwiched between two softer flex zones, starting just below the JetSpeed logo, creating a hinge-line effect within the shaft. This versatile design allows players to get quick shots off in tight spaces as well as let heavy wrist shots fly from the blue line! Moving to the construction of the JetSpeed FT2 Hockey Stick, it is made up of a revamped version of the Sigmatex material, now known as Sigmatex ST.

This is a high-performance carbon fiber fabric throughout the entirety of the shaft that is specifically weaved together to excel in strength and durability. Furthermore, not only is this updated material stronger and more durable than before, it is now 10 grams lighter than its predecessor! Also helping to decrease the weight of the stick is an advanced molding process known as X-Flow Technology. This molding process eliminates excess resin and materials within the build of the shaft, giving it improved quality, consistency, and feel. The blade of the JetSpeed FT2 Hockey Stick is now known as the JF-80!

This brand-new blade features a proprietary dampened core, delivering a lightweight and controlled feel. This core assists in puck control while stickhandling, shooting, and receiving passes. Additionally, this iteration features a reinforced heel and toe giving the entire blade increased durability, consistency, and increased puck feel.

Looking to further enhance overall comfort and feel, CCM has redesigned the shape of the shaft of the JetSpeed line, starting with the FT2 Hockey Stick, featuring what is now known as the R-Shape Geometry. What this entails is rounder corners, concave sides, and a streamlined shape throughout, meaning a more comfortable fit within the natural shape of players hands. This design provides players with a more controlled feel while stickhandling and shooting as well!
